COMMAND, and any GoHighLevel account, including agency sub-accounts and white-label versions of GHL. If your CRM, funnels, workflows and calendars live in GHL, we can run them.

Time your operator spends on your requests, check-ins and reporting, logged in 15-minute increments. You see every entry in your monthly hours ledger.

Your operator estimates it before starting. You choose: spread it across months, add hours at your plan's rate, or, if you're on COMMAND, run it as a credit build.

Yes. Credits cover fixed-scope builds by our build team. Assist covers the ongoing running of your system. Your operator can request and manage credit builds for you, so you never have to write a brief.

No. Your hours reserve your operator's time each month, so they reset monthly. If your workload drops, move to a smaller plan with 30 days' notice.

A user login on your system with the permissions the work requires. You own the account and everything built in it, and you can remove access at any time.

No. Assist covers your CRM, funnels, follow-up and reporting. Your operator makes sure ad leads are captured and followed up, but buying and managing ad spend is separate.
