The Code IP Group, LLC ("COMMAND," "we," "us," or "our") operates the COMMAND Revenue Operating System, including this website, the COMMAND platform, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, phone number, company details, payment information, and any content you submit through intake forms, the platform, or support requests. We also collect information automatically, including device and browser data, IP address, pages visited, and usage patterns within the Service, typically through cookies and similar technologies.

When you use COMMAND to run your own CRM, funnels, or automations, you may also process personal data belonging to your own contacts and customers. In that context, you act as the data controller for that information, and we process it on your behalf as a service provider, consistent with our subscription agreement.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to provide and improve the Service, process payments, communicate with you about your account, deliver support, personalize your experience, and send you product updates or marketing communications (which you can opt out of at any time).

4. Sharing of Information — What We Do and Do Not Sell

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. "Personal data" means information that identifies or could reasonably be used to identify you or your customers as individuals — for example, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or account credentials.

We may share, license, or sell aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data — information that has had personal identifiers removed and cannot reasonably be used to re-identify an individual — with third parties and business partners, including for analytics, benchmarking, research, and product development purposes. This may include, for example, aggregate statistics about conversion rates, industry usage trends, or platform performance.

We also share information with service providers who help us operate the Service — such as payment processors, hosting providers, and our underlying CRM and marketing-automation platform provider — under contractual obligations to protect it, and in each case only for the purpose of delivering the Service to you. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of COMMAND, our users, or others.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit some functionality.

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We are based in the United States and process information there. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.
