1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of COMMAND, operated by The Code IP Group, LLC ("COMMAND," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

2. The Service

COMMAND provides a Revenue Operating System platform (CRM, funnels, automations, and reporting) along with guided setup resources (the Playbook and Early Wins Guide) and, where purchased, done-for-you execution via credits. Features vary by plan as described on our Pricing page.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscription plans renew automatically on a monthly basis until cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees. There are no long-term contracts — you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.

4. Execution Credits

Execution credits are a usage-based allowance for done-for-you build requests. Credit costs for a given build are quoted and require your approval before work begins. Monthly credits and purchased add-on packs roll over and do not expire. Credits are non-refundable once a build has been deployed, and have no cash value.

5. The 30-Day Revenue Guarantee

If you complete your intake form, follow the COMMAND Playbook, and use the Early Wins Guide, and your first funnel or automation is not live within 30 days of completing intake, we will build it at no additional cost. The guarantee is not a refund and does not apply if the conditions above are not met, or where delay results from your action or inaction.

6. Intellectual Property

COMMAND, the COMMAND Playbook, the Early Wins Guide, the ClearRevenue Diagnostic, and all related systems, workflows, and methodologies are the exclusive intellectual property of The Code IP Group, LLC. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute them. Content and configurations you create within your own account remain yours.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited communications (including in violation of CAN-SPAM or TCPA), to violate any applicable law, or to interfere with the Service's operation or security.

8. Third-Party Services

COMMAND is built on licensed enterprise CRM and marketing-automation infrastructure provided by a third-party technology platform, and may integrate with other third-party services (such as Stripe, Zapier, or Calendly) at your direction. Operating the Service requires sharing relevant account and usage data with these underlying platform providers and integration partners, solely to deliver, host, and support the Service. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of any third-party service, including the underlying platform infrastructure.

9. Disclaimers

Except for the 30-Day Revenue Guarantee described above, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Results described in our marketing materials are representative of individual operator experiences and are not guaranteed; your results will vary based on your market, offer, and execution. COMMAND is not a licensed financial, legal, or investment advisory service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, COMMAND's total liability arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful use of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which The Code IP Group, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

All content, systems, workflows, funnels, automations, intellectual property, and proprietary methodologies contained within or delivered through COMMAND — including but not limited to the COMMAND Playbook, Early Wins Guide, ClearRevenue Diagnostic, Revenue Engine Creation, and all execution credit deliverables — are the exclusive intellectual property of The Code IP Group, LLC and are protected under applicable United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, resale, or reverse engineering of any COMMAND product, system, or methodology is strictly prohibited. Access to and use of the COMMAND platform is governed by the Terms of Service and applicable subscription agreement. Execution credits are non-refundable once deployed. The 30-Day Revenue Guarantee is subject to fulfillment of intake, Playbook, and Early Wins Guide conditions as outlined in the Terms of Service.
